In 2019 my UC went into remission and I walked through the window it gave me. I trained seriously, learned how food and movement actually worked, and then I flared again. Generic programming and guessed-at supplements were never going to work for a body actively working against me, so I went deep into the mechanisms: genetic pathways, inflammation, how my body processed stress and recovery. That research became Project Rebuilt.
