One-on-One Personal Training in Morris, Illinois
One-on-one personal training in Morris, Illinois, built around your biology and your schedule, not a template someone else already used. Private studio. One coach, one client, one plan. Twelve sessions for $540.
What Personal Training at Project Rebuilt Includes
Every package is twelve private sessions at the Morris studio. What happens inside them is the part most gyms skip.
A Program Built for One Body
Your programming is built around your schedule, your history, and your data. No shared template. No 12-week plan that fifty other people are running at the same time.
Coached in Person, Every Rep
Form gets corrected in the moment, not after a missed lift turns into a tweak. You are training next to a coach, not following a video.
Nutrition You Can Actually Run
We start with hand-portion tracking and adjust from there. No app required unless you want the precision. Built around your real week, not a perfect one.
Recovery Built Into the Plan
Sleep, stress load, and recovery are inside the program from day one. These are the variables most coaches ignore and most people quietly fail because of.
How the Program Works
Four steps from where you are now to a plan that was actually built for you.
Reserve or Talk First
Reserve your 12 sessions now, or book a free consult if you want a straight answer on fit before you spend a dollar.
Intake and Assessment
We map your history, your goals, your schedule, and how your body has responded to training before.
Your Plan Gets Built
Programming and nutrition are written for your body. Where we have your genetic data, it shapes the decisions.
You Train, We Adjust
You show up and work. The plan changes as you progress, instead of staying frozen for twelve weeks.
One Package. One Price.
Personal training is $540 for a 12-session package. That is $45 a session. Sessions come as the twelve, not one at a time.
Most in-person clients add the nutrition and coaching layer: a flat $250 for ongoing macros, adjustments, and accountability between sessions. The twelve sessions build the work in the room. The $250 layer is what keeps it moving the rest of the week. It is optional, and you can add it at checkout.
Personal training in Illinois generally runs $29 to $84 a session. At $45, every session here is one-on-one, programmed around your data, and coached in person at the Morris studio.
If recurring movement limitations are the real obstacle, the better starting point is Biological Reconstruction, the movement methodology, not a training package.
Prefer to Train in a Group?
Coached group training on 6-week cycles. Structure and accountability without the one-on-one commitment.
Not in Morris? Train From Anywhere.
The same system, built around your data and delivered online. Twelve weeks of programming, macros, and direct access to your coach, wherever you are.
Real People. Real Results.
Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on starting point, consistency, effort, and adherence to the program.

Cole trained around a night shift most coaches would not know what to do with and stayed consistent for a full year.

Olivia started in summer 2025 and kept going into the new year, the most consistent she had been in a long time.

Collin trained four hours a week around a full-time city job and three kids and did not miss. A life that was not going to pause.
Who Coaches You
Personal training here is run by Austin. Mason built the system and now works the movement and genetics side of it.
Austin
Austin runs personal training at the Morris studio. Certified, detail-driven, and the reason the roster stays small without the schedule getting tight. Every session you book is with him.
Work With Mason
Mason designed the system and now spends his time where it starts: movement assessments and Biological Reconstruction. If how your body actually moves is the thing in the way, that is the lane he works in, alongside the genetics side of Project Rebuilt.
Work with Mason on Biological Reconstruction →The System Behind the Training
The Rebuilt DNA Kit analyzes 35 genes and builds a personalized supplement protocol from the results. Where we have that genetic read, it also shows how your body handles stress, inflammation, and recovery, so your training and nutrition account for it instead of guessing. The kit is $495, and you can add it to your training package at checkout. It is optional, not required to start.

Common Questions
How much does a personal trainer cost in Illinois?
Personal training in Illinois generally runs $29 to $84 per session. At Project Rebuilt in Morris, the rate is $45 per session, sold as a 12-session package for $540. Every session is one-on-one and programmed around your own data.
What does the 12-session package include?
Twelve private one-on-one sessions at the Morris studio, a program built around your schedule and your data, hands-on coaching on every lift, and a nutrition approach you can actually run. One package, one price of $540.
Where is the studio located?
Project Rebuilt is a private training studio at 824 Liberty St, Morris, IL 60450, serving Morris, Joliet, Ottawa, and Grundy County. Sessions are by appointment only.
Who delivers the sessions?
Personal training is delivered by Austin, certified through ISSA and NASM. Mason Soper, the founder, now focuses on movement assessments and Biological Reconstruction.
Do you offer group classes in Morris, Illinois?
Yes. Coached group classes run on 6-week cycles at $120, with a $20 drop-in option. Message us for the current class schedule.
Is one-on-one personal training worth it?
For people who have followed templates and stalled, one-on-one training is usually the difference. The program is built for one body, the form gets corrected in the moment, and the plan adjusts as you progress instead of staying fixed for twelve weeks.
What foods actually help build muscle?
Protein is the lever most people underuse. A simple target is close to your bodyweight in grams, spread across the day. Past that, enough total food to support your training and carbs around your sessions. We build the specifics into your plan so it fits your week, not a generic meal sheet.
What blocks muscle growth?
Usually three things: not enough protein, not enough recovery, and not enough consistency for the work to add up. Program-hopping every few weeks is the quiet one. The fix is a plan built for your schedule that you can actually repeat.
